Laura West – Business Manager

Laura West, wife of attorney Michael West, began her journey at West & West with the intention of helping out for just two weeks. More than a decade later, she remains a vital part of the firm’s day-to-day operations. As Business Manager, Laura oversees a wide range of responsibilities including preparing wills and probate documents, managing invoices and payments, and keeping the firm running smoothly and efficiently.

While much of her work takes place behind the scenes, Laura’s favorite part of the job is meeting new clients. Her welcoming presence helps put people at ease during what are often stressful or emotional times. Her goal is to make sure every client feels comfortable and supported from the moment they walk in the door.

Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baylor University. Her strong organizational skills and dedication to service are evident not only at the firm but in all areas of her life.

Outside of West & West, Laura is deeply involved in her church and community. She is an active participant in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), an interdenominational Bible study, and serves as the director of her Sunday School class at South Main Baptist Church. She also takes part in a variety of other ministry efforts.

Laura and Michael are proud parents of three children and doting grandparents to two grandchildren. For Laura, spending time with family is the greatest joy of all.
